Coaching Offerings

Parent Coaching

You've read the books. You've tried the sticker charts. And you're still stuck in the same cycles: the homework battles, the morning meltdowns, the guilt that hits after you lose your patience (again).

Here's what no one told you: your child isn't giving you a hard time. They're having a hard time. And the parenting strategies that work for neurotypical children weren't built for your child's brain.

In parent coaching, we start with the neuroscience: the why behind your child's behavior. Because once you understand how their brain actually works, everything shifts. The way you respond to meltdowns. The way you set up routines. The way you connect.

This isn't about fixing your child. It's about parenting the child you have.

What to expect:

  • 1:1 sessions tailored to your family's specific challenges

  • Neuroscience education that makes your child's behavior make sense

  • Practical, evidence-based strategies you can use today

  • A coach who gets it — personally and professionally

  • Parent intake: A robust, confidential form designed to help me understand your child, the family dynamic and the current struggles.

Executive Function Coaching

Executive function is the brain's management system — the skills that help us plan, remember, regulate emotions, manage time, and follow through. When those skills are still developing (or developing differently), everyday life can feel harder than it needs to.

But here's what most approaches get wrong: they jump straight to planners and checklists without ever helping your child understand how their own brain works.

My approach is different. We start with education — teaching your child (in age-appropriate ways) what executive function actually is, which skills they're building, and why certain things feel so hard. That understanding changes everything. From there, we focus on the foundational skills that make all the others possible: working memory and emotional regulation. Because without those in place, no organizational system in the world is going to stick.

Then we build. Real strategies, practiced in real life, designed around how your child's brain actually processes information.

And this isn't just your child's work — caregivers are part of the process. You'll understand what your child is learning, why it matters, and how to reinforce it at home so the skills carry over beyond our sessions.

What to expect:

  • 1:1 sessions with your child that build understanding before jumping to strategies

  • Neuroscience education tailored to your child's age and development

  • Foundational focus on working memory and emotional regulation

  • Practical skill-building for planning, organization, and task initiation

  • Caregiver involvement at every stage

  • A neuroaffirming approach that builds confidence alongside competence
